FengXin operates in China. Enquiry information is accessed by our staff in China and may be entered into our internally hosted CRM system for sales follow-up.
Our website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in Arizona, United States. Our Hostinger account identifies Boston, United States, as the hosting backup location.
We also use tawk.to for live chat, Google Gmail for email, Google Drive for website backups, WhatsApp for messaging, and CookieYes for managing cookie preferences. Information handled through these services may be processed outside your country of residence.
Hostinger and tawk.to publish Data Processing Addenda that describe their obligations and international transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Records relating to ongoing discussions or identifiable future projects may be retained for longer, with the reason reviewed annually. Sending an unanswered follow-up message does not, by itself, restart the three-year period.
